Flow Control Valve

WHQ and WQQ valves are two-way one-way throttle valves with superimposed design.

This valve is used to limit the main flow from one or two working oil ports or control the flow.

Two symmetrically arranged one-way throttle valves limit the flow in one direction (by adjusting the throttle core) and allow free flow in the opposite direction.

When used for outlet throttle control, the oil flows from the oil port B through the throttle port (1) to the working oil port B1, and the throttle valve core (4.1) can be adjusted axially by means of the adjusting screw (5), so that the throttle port (1) can be set.

At the same time, the oil in the oil port B flows through the oil hole (2) and reaches the spring-loaded side (3) of the valve core (4.1), and the generated pressure and spring force keep the throttle valve core (3.1) in the throttling position.

When used in a one-way valve, the oil flowing in from the working oil port B1 pushes the throttle valve core (3.1) against the spring force, and the generated pressure works together with the spring to keep the throttle valve core (3.1) in the open position. The oil is allowed to flow freely from B1 to B, and the valve acts as a one-way valve at this time.

According to the valve model, the throttling function can be inlet throttling or outlet throttling control.
