Compared to traditional explosive blasting, this technology offers several distinct advantages

 

First, it significantly enhances safety. The process produces no flames or sparks, and the equipment and materials used are not classified as civil explosives, making them suitable for high-gas mines and other flammable or explosive environments without stringent controls.

Second, it delivers excellent environmental performance. No toxic gases are released after fracturing, and the heat absorption during CO₂vaporization effectively suppresses more than 80% of dust dispersion, contributing to a better working environment and reduced ecological impact.

Furthermore, it allows flexible and precise operation. By adjusting filling pressure, venting disc strength, and fracture tube arrangement, the intensity and range of the fracture can be accurately controlled to meet various engineering requirements.

Reusable high-pressure alloy fracture tubes;

Venting discs with precisely set burst pressures;

A heating system activated by low-voltage current (typically 9V), preventing accidental sparks.

The total production cycle is about 13 days for standard models.
