Core Working Mechanism

The suction machine uses power devices such as a vacuum pump or motor to create a negative pressure environment inside the container:

Generation of Negative Pressure: The vacuum pump continuously extracts air from the sealed container, causing the internal pressure to become lower than the external atmospheric pressure, thereby creating a pressure difference.

Waste Suction: Driven by this pressure difference, sewage, sludge, and other waste are forced into the container through the suction pipe, enabling efficient intake.

Filtration and Separation: The ingested waste passes through an oil-water separator or filter screen, where solid impurities are trapped, and oil-water separation is achieved. The purified liquid can be discharged or recycled.

Waste Discharge: By altering the internal pressure (e.g., introducing air or reversing the pump's operation), the waste is discharged under gravity or with the assistance of compressed air.

A: The MOQ for standard products is: 1 set for silo cleaning machines, 10 units for hydraulic motors, and 100 pieces for joints. For small customers or trial orders, we can provide a flexible MOQ (such as 1 unit for hydraulic motors or 50 pieces for joints) to support their business development.

2.Q: How do you confirm the order details with customers? What is the order confirmation process?

A: The order confirmation process is: ① Our sales team sends a proforma invoice (PI) to the customer, which includes product specifications, quantity, price, payment terms, delivery time, and shipping terms; ② The customer checks the PI and confirms whether there are any modifications; ③ After the customer confirms, they sign and return the PI (or send a confirmation email); ④ We issue an official order confirmation and start arranging production.

3.Q: Can customers modify the order details (such as quantity or specifications) after placing the order? What are the conditions?

A: Customers can modify the order details if the production has not started. If the production has already started: ① For minor modifications (such as adjusting the color of the product), we can handle them without additional costs if the modification does not affect the production process; ② For major modifications (such as changing the size of the hydraulic motor), additional costs (for reworking or replacing materials) and an extension of the delivery time may be required. All modifications need to be confirmed in writing by both parties.
